Douglass has the ball to start.

Douglass had to punt after 2 first downs. Trinity has a nice drive that stalled by their kicker hit a 48-yard FG to lead 3-0. That was an impressive kick it would have been good from 55.

3-0 Rocks and if anyone wants to update that would be great!

Douglass 2nd possession ends in a punt after 1 first down. Trinity leads 3-0 after the end of the first quarter.

Currently the Trinity defensive line is controlling the line of scrimmage. A punt by Douglass from the own 30 was blocked and recovered by Trinity at the Douglass 8 yard line.

Trinity gets a touchdown on a 3rd and goal from the 6 to now lead Douglass 10-0 with 6:44 left in the first half.

Douglass needs to do something on this drive.

My goodness just the regular season game the Douglass special teams and turnovers are killing the Broncos as the Trinity kickoff was short in the wind and fumbled recovered by Trinity at the Bronco 37 yard line. A Johnson pass for 38 yards to Hagan for another Shamrock touchdown and they now lead Douglass 17-0 with 6:36 left in the first half.

Yep, this is over, it is going to be Trinity vs. Ryle for the 6A title.

Douglass turns it over on downs in Shamrock territory a score here will guarantee this one I think if it is not already.

Douglass turns it over again on downs in Trinity territory. Trinity has the ball on their own 46 with :45 seconds to play in the half.

Trinity 17

Douglass 0

Halftime Trinity will have the ball to start the 2nd half.

Failure in all three phases. Quite unfortunate.

Maybe the other team gets some credit so far.

They do imo but 14 of their 17 points were from a blocked punt then a unforced turnover on a dropped kickoff. The Trinity defensive line has controlled the line of scrimmage but other than the 37 yard touchdown throw the Trinity offense has not really moved the ball very well either.
