The Bengals (1-4) go to the Northeast to take on the Giants (2-3) this is a primetime game on NBC's Sunday Night Football with a kick at 8:20pm. The Bengals coming off a tough loss at home in OT to the Ravens. The Giants are coming off a good road win at Seattle. It is no surprise that this like the next 3 after this one are "must wins". I say Bengals win 31-14. Go Bengals! WHO DEY!!

Dax Hill has a torn ACL and is probably out for the year.

The Bengals also signed G, Andrew Stueber off the Falcons’ practice squad.

Exactly. He's available. I don't want him as head coach but he is a good defensive coordinator.

Lou has a complex defense. He trusts veteran players to run his defense. He doesn't trust young players. So now we rely on older slow players like Von Bell. Younger, faster players don't get playing time. Our defense is slow because Lou has a complex scheme and wants the old, slow guys on the field to properly run his scheme. I think we have our fast defensive players watching the slow old guys run Lou's scheme and being two steps too slow to get the stops.

I was talking with a friend today and we both agreed we can see our Bengals being 10-7 playoff road warriors.  And we all agree on the defense.

I mean he isn’t wrong. No reason why Bell should be playing over Battle. Then the other safety Geno Stone that they paid money for in Free Agency seems to be slow too and doesn’t do anything. I know the defense gave up a lot of long pass plays last year when they were younger. However, this defense this year is even worst than last year. If you are going to be old in the secondary, then you better have a good pass rush at least. Which they do not have at all, so it’s just not good.

If they don’t get it turned around and make the playoffs. I think you fire them all. Hire Joe Brady as the Head Coach, and Saleh as the DC.
