Hope for a safe and injury free game. Panthers will just have to play the best game of this season, be prepared with an effective game plan, and try to avoid further injuries. GO PANTHERS!

I have relatives on both sides of the Ohio River, Russell/Ironton. I have watched Ironton since the mid 1970's.  Maybe not size wise but execution and athleticism, this may be the best team at Ir

Having been around Ironton, I can share a lot of information pertaining to their program. Ironton is in Division 5 in Ohio. I'm just guessing that they would be around the size of a 2A school in Kentu

Pikeville can make a game of this if they can establish the run. I think that is a must. Ironton's secondary is very good, with Louisville commit Josh Johnson patrolling the back end and Terry playing

Pikeville have anybody sitting out this one?

From what I've been told there will be more than Brenden Anthony not playing, as well as wide out Mikey Hagar and rb/de Isaiah Stanley, and more that I'm just not sure of. Imo, this could be a running clock, but the Panthers will not lay down and will fight until the end.

Yep, game will be streamed on Mountain Top Media. As for my prediction, Pikeville will have to play a mistake-free game and hope for a few turnovers from Ironton to have a chance. If Pikeville was 100% healthy, I’d give them a fighter’s chance, but since they’re not and the talent Ironton is bringing in, I hate to say I see Ironton winning this game, 35-13.

Imo, good assessment and prediction. This is truly a "David and Goliath" scenario, lol!

Ironton looks like the Cleveland Browns.

    14-7 Pikeville still up.

Ironton has the ball on the Panther 44.

    115 left in the 1st.

Ironton picks off Isaac Duty and turns it into points minutes later.

Pikeville has 1:33 to cover 99 yards before the first half expires. This makes two great punts downed by Ironton inside Pikeville's 5.

Or just pick up a first down and get to the locker room with this lead intact.

What a punt!  I can't do that one justice.
