VanHoose demonstrated why he's the #1 player in the Region, bar none. His 42 points were a thing of beauty to see partly because of Russell's 20 + assists. His points didn't come off forced shots but open looks coming from good passing. Turner played strong defensively against their big kid, Pettit and Gill chiped in 13 points. I believe 5 different players had 3 pointers tonight for Russell (VanHoose, Gill, Turner, Harvey, Robinson). Blair once again had solid floor game with 6 or 7 assists.

KHSAA Scoreboard has it at 74-46, I trust them more than myself.

I believe Ryan Howell holds the single game high score record with 53. Good win for the devils. Very fun to watch!!:fire:

Vanhoose put on a show. Busted 8 threes, drove off the dribble, and had a dunk on a breakaway.

Rowan wasnt that bad, coming off a big win over Greenup, Russell was just that good, everything was going in and it snowballed. Let's see how Russell does against Ironton, I think its been awhile since someone on this side of the River has beaten them. People need to remember Russell has had their traditional "SLOW START", this is the time of year when they always start playing better. They are just starting from a higher Plateau

Im not talking about the record, I'm talking about the way they play, they tend to give people the idea that they can beat them:D

but there is always a huge improvement on Dodd's team from December to March
