They’re putting some pressure on him early, but he was outrunning them from the pocket.  Now, they’re tired because their linemen are going both ways & pressure is next to nothing.

Ironically enough, Gibson Southern and Heritage Hills play in the same conference (PAC).  They actually played each other in the 3A semi-finals last year with Heritage Hills coming out on top.  The PA

And I am half watching, it looks like the struggle to put pressure on the CAL QB.

CAL just scored to go up 34-0 and CAL got a penalty for excessive celebration.

35-0

CAL with 4:06 left in the 3rd.  It’s a running clock from here out.

35-0 CAL.

I am out of here.

Way to represent Kentucky, CAL!

Hobbs to Cotton for 60 yard receiving touchdown! Beautiful pass and catch. The made extra point after the penalty makes it 35-0 with four left in the third.

35-0…..

35-7, CAL leads after 3.

Still 35-7, under three minutes left as that clock keeps running.

CAL put the running clock on ‘em!

Final 35-7

CAL simply has better athletes.  HH having trouble with the speed.  Goldsberry for HH is a solid football player with a live arm & throws a good ball.  Easy can uncork it 55-60 yards in the air.  Other than that, they don’t have much.

Yep exactly what I said before the game.  No overwhelming athleticism on HH - never is.  CAL dominated them.
