Cov Cath with a pass play. Ball is tipped at the line of scrimmage, one of the Colonel receivers runs back and catches the tipped ball to prevent an interception. After the tackle, the Colonels have no way to stop the clock.

That ends the first half.

Game is tied 7-7 at halftime.

Pretty even half of football. Both teams with things to clean up.

The game could go either way as expected. Cash Harney is an excellent runner and great hs athlete. I don't remember seeing CovCath play their QB on defense. Savage for Ryle and Kruer for CovCath are terrific. Landon Lorms for Ryle made the best TD catch I've ever seen at Ryle. He drug 3-4 defenders 5 yards on another completion. Both QB's have been hit or miss but Harney's running ability is the X-factor in this game.

That was one of the sloppier halves of football in recent memory for CCH.
