Reds now led 8-2 after 6 1/2 innings.

It is now 8-4 Reds going into the bottom of the 8th inning.

Reds sweep the Yankees today with an 8-4. Good week so far for the Reds. They come home to start a weekend series tomorrow with the Tigers.

The only other Reds sweep of the Yankees was the 1976 World Series.

So very true. That and the 1990 sweep of the A's as well.

I like that uniform combo the Reds wore today with the white hats and red jerseys.

If the season ended right now with that sweep of the Yankees in NY, I would be satisfied.

The stars and stripes caps this season were good.   Some in the past have been great and others were flat out hideous.
