Coaches use analytics as the reason for going for it on 4th down. I want to see analytics based on quality of opponent. I think the analytics get skewed by higher success rates against poorer quality opponents.

This game went off the rails for the Lions.  Great season though...

The 49ers now lead 34-24 they have scored 27 unanswered points their is only 3:02 left to play.

    Most do I must admit I haven't watched a lot of Lions games until the Cowboys game on I am starting to think Campbell doesn't care about analytics he just acts and coaches like it is Madden instead of a real football game. lol

    They could be 9 yards from going up 3 instead of being down 3.

    They run it have to call their 1 of their timeout and will have to get an onside kick to have a shot.

    Big play on 4th and goal they get the touchdown to now make it 34-31 Niners with :56 seconds left.
