I've heard some rumblings elsewhere that former Rowan County Offensive Coordinator Scooter Charles is a leading candidate for the job.

They have a good youth program with lots of enthusiasm and pride with good numbers. I hope BC goes out and gets a program builder in it for the long haul and not a “stepping stone”coach. They have the kids and facilities, they just need the coaching and the buy in.

Went to Phil Simm's Camp w/ some great guys from Bath County, summer of 1981... Charlie Kissick, John Lyons and Juan Armitage. We practiced football all day and chased girls(Girls State at MSU)  after practice in the evenings. Good grief we had fun back in those days. Juan had a girlfriend back home so he wouldn't go with us. Lol

When I was at Paris in the late 80's and early 90's, Gary Ramey had some good football teams. We got them in the region championship, 15-0, on top of that hill. Freezing. 1989.
