They're showing a close-up of some kind of antelope.

From otrher boards I have read you will see shooting stars in the web cam.

 

The camera is posted on the back of a lodge and there are people in the lodge. At times you may see people moving about with tourists. So some of the lights may be coming from vehicles.

They just panned the camera all the way around and it is mounted in a tree, not on a lodge.

There is a heard of what looks like Gemsbok or Kudo.
