Did you check out UL's message board a couple of weeks ago, they were wanting to send Pitino packing ASAP. Things can change quickly though I suppose. I guess that UL & UK fans both .need to stay on more of an even keel.

This UL fan stays on an even keel...Part of being a loyal fan, at least IMO, is being realistic...Pitino has a young group that WILL continue to get better as they play together the next couple of years. Will UL ever get back to the level of being a serious conteder in March? Who knows....But I do know that one bad year and a slow start to another is NOT grounds for getting rid of a coach...JMO.

I stated it several times, both UL and UK struggled early in several areas but the 'Cards, are playing much better "team" basketball right now. Hopefully they can continue, be extremely competitive in the Big East and make a run in the field of 65.

I'm just repeating what the guys on TV are saying. They know more about such things than I do. Who knows where their opponents will be ranked in several weeks. I would have thought that a win over my beloved Tigers would be a "signature win" at the start of the season. It seems less and less so every week,

A couple of years ago you stated that Tubby may be the best coach in the SEC. Is that still your opinion or has the SEC coaching ranks just improved that much? He is clearly middle of the pack in the conference at best now. A few more years and UK fans may steal my old Dale Brown slogan... "Never has so little been done with so much".
