    Conner gets the win vs Cooper and holds 33rd District opponents scoreless in their games to claim the top seed.

    I didn’t do the list but I believe previous weeks explain that it is top two from each district basically the teams that “should” be in regionals.  The district with Highlands and NCC is not very strong this year.
