The law on that states that they had to apply by June the first of the Covid year and they had to apply at the school they were enrolled at. That paperwork was never submitted to Somerset. If they are eligible it opens the door for people that have graduated just to come in and play an additional year.

I'll be surprised if they play high school ball in KY this year. Bottom line, under KHSAA rules they need to be living with a legal guardian to have any chance of being ruled eligible. None of the other stuff matters if they aren't living with their legal guardian.
