Pioneers win!

Bilton 22

Gabbard 13

Krohman 10

Should be a quiet ride back to the Dry Ridge!

Physical game.  Great game from Bilton.

Looks like the role players stepped up tonight. Key to a good team.

Hammond 16

Breeden 15

Pioneers had 10 blocked shots. GC had 1.

Another great game at SK tonight.  Looking forward to both teams at Henry county!

I got there at 6:30 and couldn’t find a place to sit. Had to stand the entire game!

I thought Grant could’ve done a better job attacking the 2-3 zone. They didn’t settle for bad long range shots, but struggled to make shots down low.  They just don’t have anybody who can penetrate the middle and hit 10-15’ pull up jumpers.

Larry Miller, SK's coach from the 1981 title made the game tonight.

At least it's a short ride.

Interesting fact. This is SKs first 32nd title on their home court since entering the 8th region in 2006.

Grant had 16 turnovers. Simon Kenton had 11 points off turnovers to Grants 2. Hard to beat anybody like this. Let alone a good team on their home court.

Both teams played hard, SK seemed to get a ton of loose balls.

Incorrect, SK did win on 2007.
