When will Mercer admins wake up?

I heard Coach Hamlin's seat is very very hot. I alo heard a lot of kids are thinking about moving to DCA next year if he's back on sidelines. I do think its time for a change.

DCA?  Right district probably wrong school. He was handed best team in the region his 1st year coaching in 2018.  Has not won a region tourney game since 2018.

I’ve heard the same.  What kind of job is this right now though?  Unfamiliar with roster.

According the khsaa they lose one senior next year. They should be good the next couple of years. Ellis there leading scorer and rebounded is only a Sophomore.

Possible best big man in the region and he is a sophomore.  They start another freshmen.  They have one senior.  They don’t have region favorite roster but far from bottom five in region where they are now. Down 3 to Pulaski this year under two minutes to play.  Led LCA all but 2 minutes of rhe game.  Took boyle and Danville to OT.

I knew the Ellis kid was a stud.  Thanks for info!

It looks like they have talent there for the next 3 years. If a change happens, what kind of interest would there be?

I would say a lot. They have a superintendent that is sports minded especially basketball as a former coach(state champion). Building a top notch baseball/softball facility I think currently so not afraid to put money in sports. They have a nice weightlifting complex. Looks like a lot of talent coming up and program is about at bottom so can’t get much worse. Looks like only way to go is up for a new coach.

Nice response by Lincoln after three straight losses, including a tough one to Danville the night before. The Patriots host 26-2 Lexington Catholic on Tuesday night. I'm anxious to see how they stack up with the Knights.
