NO.  The current NET rankings after today's game have UK 46.  Missouri, Northwestern and Mississippi State all got huge bumps with really good Quad 1 wins.  Something UK does not seem to do.  I don't claim to understand the system at all but make one comparison and you begin to realize what UK is currently this year.  Obviously can completely flip this script in the next two weeks.

But 

Mississippi State 3-5 vs Quad 1.   2-3 vs Quad 2 and 9-0 vs Quad 3 & 4 combined

Kentucky              1-7 vs Quad 1.  6-1 vs Quad 2.  9-1 vs Quad 3 & 4 combined.  

So what is most important????
