My guess? Cooper wasn't making shots. Their whole offense since Fugate went out has just been iso action for him. Garrard has taken some steps back after a promising start in district. 

Much needed seed win for Danville in district play.

Was just told Owen Barnes had 33 points and Jarius Bryant had 31. Also heard that Fugate played tonight. Cooper had 20 points and Sulla had 19.

Danville blitzed Garrard to start the third quarter. Admirals led by four at halftime and were up fifteen two minutes into the third quarter. Barnes was excellent but Jarius Bryant was even better. Just a very good performance by Danville. 

Garrard had no answer for Danvilles pressure full court. Barnes and Bryant caused all kinds of havoc. Cooper was swarmed and it was effective. Good win for Coach McKinney and the ADS!

When Danville presses they are a great team, when they press and are hitting 3s, they are a dangerous team that I wouldn't want to play. I watched the replay and Danville was all in Garrard's uniform all night. The Bixler kid is the unsung hero for Danville, he gets no credit, but he plays his butt off every single time I've watched them play.

Bryant is an X-factor for sure!
