Per the update thread. SK with a solid win, extremely impressive defensive effort holding one of the strongest offensive team in the region to 46 points. Keep in mind the Bearcats were without Dixon, curious to see (if they meet each other again) how he will impact the game.

Yep WV would have won if Dixon was playing add another asterisk after this game too.

Wouldn’t go that far… his game is more inside and Dynes will give him trouble when doing so…

Nobody is stopping this!

That’s the picture of the dunk he missed. Lol at least get one of the couple he made.

WVs hot shooting from the arc really helped them get the lead in th first half.  I believe WV had six at half, Montgomery 4 and Krohman 2.

WV didn't seem to shoot aa well in the 2nd half while SK made threes they didn't in the first half.

Great game to watch, intense yet very few folks were called.   I don't thinkneither team wants to play in the 2vs3 game come 32nd district time.

That too. Good call. Finishing at the rim through contact is a good skill for a big to have though.

Again 6’ guarding 7’3”. Also he didn’t finish he was rejected by the rim. Also I believe he missed the foul shots.

I really only posted because you have to find the irony of saying nothing can stop him and posting a picture of the rim stopping him.

In this particular instance, you're conflating finishing with FT shooting. And really, how many 7'-3" high schoolers are averaging better than his 63+ FT%.

Pan back out to the original pic. I wasn't there, nor have I seen live footage, but how much upwards momentum (from the jumping back into Dynes plus the arm grab) did the six-footer cause to make him stop short of the rim?

I get MC44's rabid enthusiasm, and I'm just a neutral observer on SK's hardwood fortunes. Just me, but I'm cutting the big fella some slack.

Not sure if you read his posts in the updates thread but he’s not a big fan of Dynes game and was super critical of him so don’t expect him to give Dynes much credit.

Like I said I am just an outsider watching but I was expecting to see a more dominant game from him with his height vs Walton, but the top performance was Krohman by far. He is a true game changer.

As for the pic it was just funny out of all the dunks last night he posted that one and captioned it can’t be stopped.

I agree that Krohman was the top performer. He took over the game late and made tough shot after tough shot. Dynes may have not been as dominant as you expected but 17 and 15 is quite a good night. I believe the picture that was posted was the only picture that was taken of the dunks.
