Defense played its butt off today. I hope playing Destin Wade at QB really helps recruiting the Nashville area, because there were no other positives from him today.

Two pick 6's gave Iowa a cushion that pretty much put the game away. Wade missed open receivers long, short, high, low pretty much every way they could be missed. He was supposed to be a prolific runner but didn't even look good doing that today. 

The receivers did a horrible job blocking when asked to and in several cases seemed to take the wrong leverage on pass routes.

I had this game on one of my TVs, that was painful. 

I'll admit that I'm biased and salty, but Sheron not getting a chance in the first half ticked me off. After it got to 21 to 0 and he didn't start the 3rd quarter I'm glad that he didn't play. He has no part in this mess.

I would probably look for a better situation and transfer.

When the Wade's were being recruited Destin made it known that he preferred to play QB in college. UK was the only school to really recruit him that would allow him to spend the season in the QB room. I guess now we know why other schools weren't willing to tell him he could play QB.

The kid is a great athlete, I just don't think that outside of a few wildcat packages he should ever be the QB.

I wouldn't blame him, but I'd like to see how Cohen could develop him.

This is one of those games that should not have been played.  The 2 pick 6s make it look more interesting than it was.  Bad football game between 2 mediocre teams.  Something more suited for September, not December.

I wonder if a lot of the fans that said they were going to watch the football game instead of the basketball team actually truly watched the football game. 

I know me personally I was at a bar with both of the games on. However, my attention was on the basketball game and only looked at the football game during commercials.

A lot of my friends said they were going to watch the football game. I told them be careful what you wish for, Cats would be lucky to reach double digits.

I only watched the basketball game during the football halftime. 

2 worst performances of bowl season are both SEC schools.   KY gets blanked by a middle of the pack Big 10 team in Iowa and FL manages only 3 points vs a middle of the pack PAC 12 team in Oregon St.
