This was over half way through the first quarter. Highlands offense has been There all year and the D has stepped it up since the SK game. Should be interesting against CovCath..

Great game for the Birds as the getting better marathon continues. These players are buying in and are working hard every day to improve their play and make the program better as a whole. On a side note, the Conner band was amazing at halftime. It's amazing what a great band can do for a school. If the fans, players, coaches and people on this website are talking about them then they put on a great performance. Then to stay after the game for an encore performance to a good crowd shows how good they are. 

The Birds still have some work to do but building a future is in progress. Two of the offensive starters are seniors so you will see this offense back next year with more weapons to be added. Defense is going to get stronger, faster and deeper. Highlands is getting back to what Highlands football is known for. Still some work to do on all fronts but its getting better by the day. Congrats to all and keep it going.
