This new offensive line looks worst than last years so far.

The Bengals need at least 3 here and they will get the ball to begin the 3rd quarter.

The Cowboys use a good punt return to get a FG before the half to now lead 17-3.

My goodness in just 6 quarters of play this year Burrow has already been sacked now 11 times I'm going to go out on a limb and say that is the most in the NFL so far. Also in those same 6 quarters plus a 10 minute OT the Bengals offense only has 2 offensive touchdowns.

I feel this first possession to start the 3rd quarter is huge really need a touchdown but for sure need at least 3 points.

Yuck!

We really need to score a TD to start the 2nd half.

The line definitely has not been good. However, another big part of the issue is some of the play calls. Receivers simply aren’t getting open, and forcing Burrow to hold the ball and then that just means trouble. 
 

It’s like the coaches didn’t realize teams were going to make adjustments to what the Bengals did last year. They had to know teams were going to keep keep two safeties deep to prevent big plays, and yet the last two weeks the bengals really haven’t had any answers for the coverages they are now seeing. 

The Bengals at least (thanks to a dumb penalty by the Cowboys) get a 50 yard FG from McPherson to make it 17-6 with 9:41 left in the 3rd quarter. Really need a quick 3 and out here.

All right got the 3 and out we need now its time for the offense to get it going and get into a good rhythm. 

One of the most impressive things about the Bengals under Taylor, they come out of halftime with adjustments that work. They have to be one of the best 3rd quarter teams in the NFL since the start of last season. 

Yet another sack of Burrow and the Bengals have to settle for another McPherson FG this one from 46 yards to make it a 1 score game at 17-9 with just over 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

Finally after a couple of dropped interceptions we get our first takeaway of the season on a Cowboys fumble. Now lets see if we can get our 3rd touchdown of the season now.
