Well, the season hasn't started the way that either team had hoped.  North Bullitt (0-2) visits Mt. Washington to take on Bullitt East (0-1) in this county rivalry.  North Bullitt is entering the game looking for their first points of the season whereas the highly touted Charger offense is looking to get back on track after being held to just 16 points by Spencer County.  Bullitt East holds a 20-6 advantage in the series since 1998 including a 56-14 win last year.  On paper, this should be a win for Bullitt East, but as with rivalries, that isn't always the case.  Who wins and by what score?

I expect Bullitt East to look better this week than last week.  Should win going away.  Be a great game to work on the things they struggle with or need to improve on.  Cross county game should be a great atmosphere tonight.

Halftime; East up 28-0.  Several penalties on East (some legit & some ??‍♂️ ) keeping the score closer than it should be.  North is fighting, so I’ll give them credit.

Running clock starting midway through 3rd quarter.  East wins 43-0.  East has to cleanup the penalties on offense.  Other than that, decent effort by the Chargers.
