If I was Kyra Elzy I would recruit 2019 Miss Kentucky Basketball Savannah Wheeler ,she led Marshall in scoring at 20 points per game.

She will have 2 years left.

One and Done.  It’s a UK thing now.   New Jersey 2, UK 0.

I think I’m correct in saying Kentucky dropped the Lady Cats nickname in the previous  century. All women’s and girl’s teams should follow suit.

Lady Cats or Lady WildCats  are the same thing imo.  I was just trying to show show them some love. After all they did what the men didn't this year and at least won a sec tournament championship.

Sure did not play with much urgency or intensity. Princeton looked well coached and very efficient. I guess Howard is just talented enough that she never looks like she's really getting after it.

Princeton is WAY under seeded.   They were a top 25 team entering the conference tourneys and won the Ivy over a pretty decent Columbia team.

See it quite often: a team makes a surprise run through their conference tournament, beating some higher ranked teams in consecutive days, then lose that intensity going into the NCAA. Probably doesn't help that because the women's conference tournament is played the weekend before the men, Kentucky hadn't played a game in thirteen days.

And to add to the above, today Kentucky looked more like their team of the last four months rather than of the previous four days.
