Now tonight’s game, especially at home should be a game that they hopefully win comfortably. 

Does tonight’s game count as a midweek inferior opponent that Kentucky struggled to put away?

I would say it was a comfortable win, so I’m not exactly sure what you are looking for. At no point in this game did I ever think or feel that this game was in doubt. For the most part UK was winning by 8 or more the majority of the game. Mississippi hit some good shots tonight, including 7 threes and UK has an answer each time. So yeah I would say this was a comfortable win, because this game was never in doubt.

I was just extending the conversation. Tonight was similar to those we talked about this afternoon - it was never so much about losing as the inability to make a ten point lead twenty. My concern is a potential 2/7 game in the tournament where a six point lead can’t get extended and it ends up a loss. Perhaps I’m borrowing trouble but that’s a bigger concern to me than just a straight loss against a highly ranked opponent.

No doubt I would love to see them extend a lead from 8 to 16 and completely finish off a game. However, your original comment that I replied to was wanting a comfortable good win, which tonight was another comfortable good win IMO.  At least for me this year, the majority of their wins have been pretty comfortable.  I honestly would like to see another game or two this Saturday and SEC tournament that comes down to the final minute to see how UK handles that and if that can improve in that area. The last minute of a game in a one possession game is where they have struggles the most IMO. 
 

Tonight I thought they did a good job answering Mississippi anytime they tried to make a run. Mississippi did a good job tonight making some tough shots and threes that could have got them back in it, and every time UK answered right back. Which is something for me I loved to see.
