Rebels had a 40-30 lead and let it slip away.   It's a game that the Rebs should have won.  

Saw Collins play Madison Central earlier in the season. Solid, but wasn't wowed by them. Then I look and see they are 14-4 after beating Boyle. Tough loss for the Rebels but a good showing against a good team.

I've seen Boyle a lot this season. They are very good. I thought they would win this game. Had there chances late. Enjoyed watching it. 

When you have a team like Collins down by 10 you have to put it away and the Rebels just could do it.

The Rebels play Madison Central Saturday 1/29 at Rockcastle.  We will see if they can come out and take care of business.  

South Oldham has played both teams - and based on what I saw from each, I would have regarded a Collins/Boyle County game as a toss up.  I believe Boyle County beat South by 8 (but it was really a one or two possession game until some free throws at the end) and Collins beat South by 3.  I was impressed with Imfeld from Boyle.

Imfeld is very good. He’s gotten better every year, too.
