In every discussion that I have been a part of that has called for the head of Rich Brooks, I have been emphasizing this point.

 

If he fails after a couple of years with FULL scholarships, then fine. But let's see what he can do without being handicapped by fewer scholarships. And so far, I like what I see!!!!

One more note before I'm out of here- I LOVED the offensive adjustment to give Woodson lots of outlet passes when Clemson was still getting to him pretty regularly. There were some plays in the second quarter where they would drop Woodson back and keep Little or Tamme parrallel with him on the opposite side of the field, so that he always had somewhere to go with it. Once they did it a few times in the second quarter, it slowed up Clemson's rush, and UK was able to move the 'safe' throws up a little.

Great game by the Cats, and a great game plan...they came in much more motivated and dictated their will throughout the game...congrats fellas...makes next year's September classic even more exciting as of now.

Congrats to UK...but those announcers were awful almost watched it on mute!

 

Worst announcers I have seen this year. It seems like the quality of tv commentary has been on a downward spiral the past few years though. At one point near the end of this game they asked one of the commentators who they thought would win Rose Bowl. His response: Ohio State. They then had to tell him that Michigan and USC were playing in the Rose Bowl.

This is unbelievable Lexington and Nashville will be a party town tonight. Biggest upset of the bowl season but it comes as no surprise to me. Mark my words next year UK can contend for an SEC Championship. I truly believe that.
