Beechwoodfan
Chickenwyngs, have you seen these books? There are old photos from almost any local city, available in almost any bookstore. They make nice gifts. I love looking at them. As you can see, my dog particularly loved the Covington book.

ChickenWyngz
This photo was taken in Erlanger around 1860. The family that lived there at the time was the Beeches. I'm familiar with this home and not much has changed on it. Thought it may be interesting to see how little it has changed for those familiar with that area. Love these too. My favorite is the organized crime one based on the original Sin City in Newport.

Arcadia Publishing. Man, I love ALL of those. I've only got a couple right now, but every once in a while I do the zip-code search on the Arcadia Publishing website to see what books have come out about the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area so I can keep a list for when folks ask me for Christmas gift suggestions.Abandoned Cincinnati 8 Wonders of Cincinnati Alexandria Baseball in Cincinnati Bellevue Benedictine Sisters of St. Walburg Monastery Beverly Hills Country Club Black America Series: Northern Kentucky Boone County Boone County: Then and Now Burlington Christmas in Cincinnati Cincinnati Cincinnati Art Deco Cincinnati Art Museum Cincinnati Beer Cincinnati Bengals History Cincinnati Candy Cincinnati Cemeteries Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Cincinnati Fire History Cincinnati Food Cincinnati: From River City to Highway Metropolis Cincinnati Goetta Cincinnati Hoops Cincinnati In The Civil War Cincinnati Landmarks Cincinnati Murder & Mayhem Cincinnati On Field & Court: The Sports Legacy of the Queen City Cincinnati Parks & Parkways Cincinnati Police History Cincinnati Radio Cincinnati's Brewing History Cincinnati's General Protestant Orphan Home Cincinnati's Golden Age Cincinnati's Historic Findlay Market Cincinnati's Hyde Park Cincinnati's Incomplete Subway Cincinnati’s Literary Heritage Cincinnati's Over-The-Rhine Cincinnati's Savage Seamstress: Edythe Klumpp Cincinnati's Streetcar Heritage Cincinnati Turner Societies Cincinnati's Underground Railroad Crosley Field Covington Covington's Sisters of Notre Dame Dayton Elsmere and Erlanger Findlay Market of Cincinnati Florence Fort Thomas Fort Thomas Highlands Football Fort Thomas: Then and Now Fort Wright Fountain Square and the Genius of Water German Cincinnati Ghosts of Bobby Mackey's Music World Hidden History of Cincinnati Historic Downtown Cincinnati Historic Restaurants of Cincinnati Independence Irish Cincinnati Italians of Newport and Northern Kentucky King Records of Cincinnati Latonia Legendary Locals of Cincinnati Legendary Locals of Covington Lost Cincinnati Lost Northern Kentucky Lost River Towns of Boone County Ludlow Civil War: Morgan's Great Raid Miami and Erie Canal Newport Newport in Vintage Postcards Newport: The Sin City Years Northern Kentucky's Dixie Highway Northern Kentucky's First College: Villa Madonna-Thomas More College Northern Kentucky University Over-the-Rhine Rabbit Hash, Kentucky Riverfront Stadium Stepping out in Cincinnati: Queen City Entertainment 1900-1960 The Authentic History of Cincinnati Chili The Cincinnati Reds: 1900-1950 The Cincinnati Reds 1950-1985 The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden The Inclines of Cincinnati The Cincinnati Subway Villa Hills Walton-Verona Wicked Newport: Kentucky's Sin CityWorld War II Cincinnati
