Wow!!  So happy for Matt and the Cougars!!!!  Love that for them.  

This game began with “good one” written all over it, and for the most part it was. 

At the end of 1 it was all tied at 16

The Cougars began to pull away in the 2nd quarter ending it up 12, 42-30.

In the 3rd Holy Cross went on a nice run to erase the 12 point lead, and after 3 it was all tied again at 51. 

In the 4th Conner jumped out again with a bit of breathing room, but the Indians managed to get it back to within 2 before the Cougars pulled away again only to have the Indians again get it to within 2 with about 10 seconds to go, but free throws in the end helped Conner close out the game.

I am curious how many 3 pointers Conner ended up with.  They had 11 in the 2nd qtr alone.

The refs really missed a clear foul on Robinson one the 3 point shot too tie it up at the end of this game!! 

Two very talented and well coached teams that are underrated in the 9th.  Matt Otte and the seniors at Conner did a great job this season and get to advance to play Dixie Heights.  I think that will be another great game where Otte will have his Cougars ready for the Red Colonels.

The radio was saying it was obvious too. 

I believe the shooter also have to have room to come down to correct?
