Netflix took the success they had with football and brought it to the hardwood. There doesn't seem to be as much drama as there was in the football seasons, but still a handful of compelling stories. I LOVE coach Mosely. I think I just finished episode 4 and at the end of the episode after winning a game that his team played sloppy, he has the guys hit the weight room (seems to be something they do after all home games). He is catching some attitude from some guys and gives a heated speech that I thought was phenomenal and something that many athletes who think their coaches are just trying to be hard ons need to hear. Coach Mosely seems like the kind of coach I'd run through a brick wall for.

We are through episode 3.  Personally I can't stand Joe Hampton so far.  I don't know how he hasn't been kicked off the team yet.  On the other end, I'm a big fan of Deshaun Highler.  Seems like a great kid with an even better head on his shoulders.

I binged the whole thing yesterday. There definitely isn't as much drama, but it is still good. I agree about Coach Mosely, he's the "best" coach in the series so far.

@brown4I felt the same way about Joe for most of the series, but he came around for me. Definitely agree on Deshaun.

@TheDeuce When he goes in on his guys about choosing their priorities over his (his family) and then they show him at the batting cages with his daughter looking just worn and beat down, was some incredible filmography. You can see that dude truly cares for his guys. Best coach in the series and nobody else comes close for me.

I agree. I think he genuinely cares about his players more than the others. Not that the others don't, I just don't think they care like he does, and they certainly don't know how to portray that the way he does.

Just finished the show.  Yea Joe almost completely changed and I ended up rooting for him in the end.  He seemed to have lost a bunch of weight too.  Not a dry eye in our house when the coaches were talking to the guys in the locker room during the last episode.
