Featured Replies

Final per the Scoreboard. Raiders go 1-2 in this week’s 39th District matchups.

Augusta was up on Ryle 67-59 with 30 seconds left.

Congratulations to Coach Belcher on his 100th career win.

That’s a tough pill to swallow.

No doubt.  Wow.

And the Panthers were actually up 12 with 48 seconds to go.  Raiders hit three "3"s in the last 45 seconds.  Augusta, I would say uncharacteristically, missed some late game free throws that could have clenched it for them.

Little behind here but anyway, the Panthers left the door open for the Raiders to get themselves back in this game in a hurry and they did just that. After falling behind five points in a hurry in the overtime period Augusta did claw back in it and take the lead but it just wasn’t meant to be.

On the positive side, Kason Hinson pushed his scoring average over 20 ppg with his career high 37 points and Riley Mastin dropped in 25 (career high?) and 13 rebounds.

And in the victory, Ryle head coach Keaton Belcher picked up his 100th career win. Augusta honored head coach Jason Hinson with a plaque before the game for his 200th career win that came in Augusta’s season opener vs. Bracken County.
