Moore--Boyd--This kid is one of the areas top

Grizzle--Raceland--still watching this kid and I like him

Bowling--Boyd--Seems like Boyd has them all

Perkins--Boyd--I dont know who will be tops at Boyd

Bias--Ashland--This should be his year for the Cats

Sagraves --East--record speaks for itself

Hienenman--Greenup--Great control and will be Greenups top

Thompson--Fairview--I got him at 83mph as a soph,may be tough this season

Rigsby--Ashland--Good arm but needs more control

Raceland has 2 more that are very good. Morris and Phillips.

Morris and Phillips are very good pitchers as well. The Rams are going to have a tough pitching staff this season. All three of these kids have been playing together since they were 6 years old and they have always been hard to beat. Phillips is the power pitcher out of the group, while Morris is the guy with all the junk and Grizzle is a lefty with good control and a nasty forkball. The Rams also have two more nice looking pitchers, sophomore lefty Josh Wilson and a hard throwing freshman in Shawn Reynolds. Shawn is the younger brother of Nathan Reynolds who pitched for the Rams last year in the regional title against Boyd and did a heck of a job. So the RHS pitching staff should be pretty deep this year. Not as deep as B.C.'s but probably the second deepest in the region.

Raceland has an extremely talented bunch of kids returning.

Good hitting returning also.

They will definitely be in the regional playoffs.

Raceland is definitely talented, but nothing is definite about the regionals. They could draw Greenup or Russell and be one and done in the districts. That is the beauty of postseason in KY.

Does any district in the 16th seed or do they all draw?

The 62nd district seeds starting this year. East, Morgan, West, and Elliott all voted for seeding in baseball.

I agree with MVP in that Raceland is loaded with pitching along with Boyd Co.. These two just may be in the regional finals again this season.
