Yes, it was a good throw. However, isn't the guideline on a Hail Mary to get it to the end zone? This throw was tipped from the 5 yard line into the end zone. Or was that the plan, I wonder.

If someone makes a catch at the 5 and is tackled, it defeats the purpose of a Hail Mary. If the plan was to place it on the 5 and tip it backwards into the endzone, that was pretty imaginative in my opinion. By the way it was probably 60 yards in the air after Joe got a running start at it.
