This morning, I really wish we were talking about that spectacular game winning Hail Mary at the end of the game (that didn't happen).  Tee did his job by creating a tip situation.  The ball just didn't bounce in the right direction to another Bengal.  If that had been completed, we would have very little "Baker talk".

Very good point!!

If the Bengals had completed that Hail Mary pass, the Browns defensive coordinator would be taking more heat than Lou is. Their defensive strategy on that last play was horrible.

By the way, wasn't one of the questions about Burrow on his arm strength? He threw that Hail Mary pass about 70 yards in the air.

Yes, it was a good throw.  However, isn't the guideline on a Hail Mary to get it to the end zone?  This throw was tipped from the 5 yard line into the end zone.  Or was that the plan, I wonder.

Are we discussing accuracy on a 70 yard pass? ?

Nope.  Just if it should been into the endzone or was it is intentionally 5 yards short.  If someone makes a catch at the 5 and is tackled, it defeats the purpose of a Hail Mary.  If the plan was to place it on the 5 and tip it backwards into the endzone, that was pretty imaginative in my opinion.  By the way it was probably 60 yards in the air after Joe got a running start at it.
