Congratulations to Newport Catholic on the win. I thought that they would win. I was impressed with what Dayton did keeping it closer on the scoreboard until later into the game. I look forward to seeing what happens between Dayton and Ludlow . Good luck to both teams going forward.

I watched quite a bit of this one. Newport Catholic was the better team but Dayton made a nice showing. I commented in the game thread that when they trailed 20-6 near their own 40 in the fourth quarter and punted that it was a bad decision. NewCath put it away almost immediately. I would like to have seen how the game plays out (if any different at all) had the Greendevils went for it there.

I am interested in Dayton/Ludlow too.

You probably watched more than me but I thought NewCath was pretty dominate in this one.  With that said, I thought Dayton looked solid, but not on NCC's level.
