I must admit I was way off. Birds looked good. Thought Conner would give them a better game. It almost looked like a payback game. Maybe Conner can come back to Ft Thomas for the 1st round so the Birds can attempt another Spanking on them. The Birds still have to play 3 district games so anything is possible. Move on to the next game.

Exactly on the next game.  Go week by week and prepare for your next opponent.  I believe this week is against Boone County at home.  Looking for them to build off this week and not regress.

It is nice for them to see what they are capable of.  Positive energy is contagious.

I was shocked by how non competitive Conner was in this game. They were never in the game and never made any kind of a move to get back into the game.

That was my takeaway.  I am not finished watching it yet but again I was very disappointed in the lack of anything by the Cougars.
