Who have you seen on the offensive or defensive line that have made big impacts this year?

The Trinity DL for sure!

Selah Brown for Male. When they played Trinity he was playing well. Malachi Lawrence for Manual played real well against La Salle.

I think SK has a couple DL that are playing well and Ryle has a really good DT.

Most people only talk about Frederick Douglass offense but their defense is very good especially on the DL.

Two young men that I know for sure gathering D1 interest. Both Juniors.

Beechwood - Luke Slusher. 6’5” 280 lbs. RT/NT. Drawing Interest from Louisville, Miami, Cincinnati, Marshall, Akron, and more. 5 Def Sacks thru week 4.

Dixie Heights - “Mr Pancake” T Evan Wibberly. Huge reason for Dixie’s Success. Also 6’5”, and just a beast. Also on UC’s radar for sure.

Ryle - Matt Mason C. Class of 2020. Don’t know personally but very strong player IMO.

LOVE THIS THREAD. The trenches don’t get enough recognition!

Others at Ryle.

Senior OL - Joe Ruckman

Senior DL - Wilson Pendleton

Fleming Co. - Cooper Schwartz 6'4" 300 lbs. Senior RT

The Dixie Heights / Ryle match-up this will be interesting on the line of scrimmage.

Bump.

A freshman to look out for in future at St.X is Tommy Rosenbarger. He is 6’5” 315 lbs. He’s already filled in varsity when varsity OL was hurt. I expect him to start for varsity next year.

Grant Bingham from Johnson Central is just a pure joy to watch!  First time I seen him play was last years championship game and you couldn't help but notice him.  He moves so well for a big guy.
