Ok guys, let’s hear some predictions on what happens.  I really believe that if this were a 162 game season our boys would’ve won the division going away.  I think we won 2 of 3 again

Reds are up 3-1 through 4 innings. The Cards lost their first game vs the Brewers and are leading in the 2nd game. The Phillies lost. The Marlins are tied in the 9th with the Yanks.

Reds now up 4-1 after 7 1/2 innings. The Cards split with the Brewers. The Giants won their first game and are leading in the 2nd game. The Marlins won over the Yankees in extra innings.

Reds win and they are in.  Scary moment on that pitch to helmet of Buxton.

Nice job by Iglesias getting out of a tough situation in the 8th, runners on second and third, one out Reds up 4-2. Reds get pumped up by Iglesias and are playing add on big time in the top of the 9th. Currently up 7-2.

YES, CLUTCH!!!!

Reds win 7-2 that should be enough it does clinch the playoffs. Now just just  what position we finish overall.

Reds are in! Currently the 7 seed.

Now we need to root for Milwaukee to win out against the Cardinals. That could move the Reds all the way up to the 5 seed.

Last couple weeks has been most enjoyable. Team sure has been hot.

Watched the game from my patio with a fire and some brews. Good times.

Here is a bit of an oddity. The Reds are in the playoffs and the Cardinals are not, even though the Reds and Cards are tied, but technically trailing, the Cardinals in the standings. That is because the Reds have 30 wins and the Cardinals only have 29. The Reds have a legit shot at the runnerup slot in the Central. They are tied for 5th in wins in the entire NL right now. Root for those Brewers to win the next two versus the Cards.

MLB network said this morning that if Cards win today they clinch 2nd, no way that is correct is it????!!!  If they win today and lose tomorrow that would make Cards 30-28, Reds could still go 32-28 and pass them!!!

Yeah, 7-46 since we got him, Goodwin needs to play!!!  Put Senzel in there and leave him alone dad gone it!!

7-48 now for Goodwin, if he gets to bat enough he can get under .100!!!!

Dave wants to get everyone at bats in the next two days.  Not sure why you don’t play for second place in the division.

I see  Disco came in ready to go again. 
Time to cut ties with him!!
