Yes they did have their shot. The 28 points you reference. The last 7 came after one Michigan fumbled a snap inside the 10 that was unforced. Then after stopping OSU forcing a punt, Michigan jumps off side giving the ball back to OSU setting up that td. Then even before half dropping a td. OSU is a great team, but yes Michigan had their shot and they blew it. The game was over at half because it.
