Megan had an MRI done Tuesday and results today revealed NO TEAR of the ACL nor the MCL therefore no further surgery on the senior guard from Mason County.

Praise be to God. I have prayed for her everynight since I heard the horrific news. CONGRATS Megan... Will she be able to return to the Lady Royals and if so, when?

This will a decision entirely up to Megan as to whether she returns or not, some therepy will be done over the next 30 days, but really it will be up to whether Megan wants to return. She's a courageous young lady and loves the game of basketball, and has been through so much over the last couple of years. With that being said, I would like to see her back in action with it being her senior year and all, but regardless Megan Reese is a winner and will always be a winner.

Great news. I knew that she looked a heck of a lot better at last night's boys game than she did the night before.

 

Take it easy, get well, and make the decision that you need to make. NO ONE will think any less of you if you decide you've had enough; go for it if you're really ready to come back, and know that we're all pulling for you.

This is wonderful news. Has she been wearing any kind of support for her knees?

Talked with her and her mother after the Ripley game and she should be back at practice sometime next week if the medicine and therapy works. Good Luck Megan. We need ya!:dancingpa
