What two sides do you prefer with BBQ Ribs?

Featured Replies

Nothing. I'll have no room!

Baked beans and mac&cheese for me also. Although if smoked chicken and pulled pork are options, I’m in.

Greens and homemade potato salad if I feel like making it. Otherwise smoked mac instead of the potato salad.

I get these huge potatoes from Sams Club and bake them in the smoker along with the ribs. The potatoes come in a 15 lb sack and usually 12-13 potatoes so over a pound each. I just wash them down and coat with olive oil and sea salt, bake in foiled. And baked beans, I usually doctor Bush’s original by adding some Bbq sauce, and leftover brisket trimmings. I also like corn on the cob, I soak mine in husks on in water for an hour then leave husk on but clean out the silk and butter and season w salt and pepper then pull husks down and grill about 20-30 minutes on top rack.

Brisket and chicken wings.

Really though, Saratoga chips and a side salad.
