CincySportsFan
@LRCW is proud of you. I can only aspire to be half as good as the Master.
MJAlltheWay24
Finale of the series features call-up Lucas Sims taking on Jhoulys Chacin this afternoon. After the miracle on Monday, and last night's beat down, the Reds offense will likely go hide in a hole and offer no support for Sims. I'd say they have about as much of a chance to sweep this thing as LRCW does of becoming president of the Dusty Baker fan club AND me advocating the return of Homer Bailey. No doubt they lose now after his name was mentioned here.

CincySportsFan
Senzel with a leadoff single, then gets taken out of the game. Looks like maybe a case of vertigo. Ervin in to pinch run, and steals 2nd on the second pitch.
CincySportsFan
Puig with a 2-out walk, followed by a sharp single by Van Meter (starting for Suarez today), gives the Reds a 1-0 lead. Scooter follows with an RBI double to make it 2-0. Second and third with two out for Iglesias.

Ervin in to pinch run, and steals 2nd on the second pitch. I was hoping Senzel was past all the vertigo stuff because I haven't heard about it in a while. I guess it can pop up from time to time. I love the Reds in the first inning.
CincySportsFan
Sims strikes out the first two before issuing a four-pitch walk. Braun then, you guessed it, takes him deep. All tied at 2, at the end of 1.
sumoroyal
Sims mows down the first two hitters and then decides he don't have to throw strikes. Walks the third hitter and goes to a 3-2 count to Braun and a fast ball high in the strike zone goes to Bernie Brewer. 2-2 after one inning.
