I gotta say that OCath sure does have a following. They brought a ton of fans. I just think it was Mercer's night. Here is the story on the game.

Most OCath fans are on other boards now....All I can say is Mercer is the REAL deal. Probably the best high school team I have seen in some time. I know we were without out QB but we would still have been beat with him although we more than likely would have scored on all or some of those 4 trips to the red zone with him and came away with nothing. Mercer should be 14+ better than Russell

The Mighty Mighty Titans

I have a question for the Russell fans...this is the MC/OC game thread. Many of the posts on this thread are from Russell fans. So I went over and checked the Russell/Belfry game thread and there were 0 out of 81 posts by a MC fan. This seems funny to me. Seems to me that Russell is much more obsessed with MC than MC is with RH. What gives?

You are counting posts in each thread and you call others obsessed?

I have a question. I know some may take this the wrong way but I have to ask. Why when up 41-0 in the 4th qrt does Mercer Co go for a 2 pt conversion with one of their starting RBs?

Rub it in I guess???

Rub it in I guess???

I don't know.

I'm not trying to start anything but it was curious to me.

Why risk arguably your best RB on a meaningless 2pt conversion when the game was over? Why not just kick the extrapoint?

He's the holder It was a bad snap!

Thanks.

I saw the box score and couldn't help but wonder why.
