April 3, 20197 yr Not practical. Why? Most phones have a "Do Not Disturb" setting where if the same number calls multiple times it will let the phone actually ring.
April 4, 20197 yr Put your phone on silent... Amber Alerts, Flood Warnings, Tornado Warnings and etc. still come through on my phone even thought it is on silent. My phone stays on silent 90% of the time.
