Houston starts making a 30 ft 3 pointer. Glad to see Herro getting the first one to go down as well. Cats lead 4-3 a minute into the game.

With the size of Houston's front line I think Reid and PJ can dominate down on the blocks and play inside/out.

That was not much of a foul on Washington it looked like the guy grabbed his arm and he threw it off the guy flopped and got the call.

I suppose Houston’s defense can be credited but UK’s offense is all out of sorts right now. Hagans is having a tough time so far for sure.

Hagans both fouls were 90 feet from the basket.

Dumb foul by Hagans to pick up his 2nd foul need his defense on the floor. Quickley is going to have to give them a good 10 minutes here.

All the games so far the refs in this one are calling it a lot tighter than they have in the other ones. They have already called a total of 12 fouls in this one in the first 10 minutes.

These officials are making this difficult to watch.

16-12 Cats timeout Houston with 9:23 left in the first half. Va. Tech leading Duke 38-33 with a minute left in the half.
