Another timeout for Houston as the Cats take their biggest lead of the night at 10. Kentucky 30 Houston 20 with 3:43 to play in the first half.

Houston comes out and comes right back at Kentucky to get 4 straight timeout Kentucky.

Don’t know what Baker was thinking there. Drive baseline into traffic and launch the ball 3 feet over the goal.

UK 37 UH 26. Great half. We are killing them on the boards.

Went back and looked again the kid from Houston took about 3 steps on that last shot.

About as dominant a half as you can ask for. Kentucky is clearly the better team.

Did not know that stat about Cal that when leading at the half in the tournament he has won 36 straight 1 shy of tiring John Wooden from 1964-1975.
