I said the same thing regarding FS when they were prepping for Logan Co.

 

I don’t think SW will be able to do that to Owensboro though.

Going be a good game to watch. Owensboro has a chance to win this game if they can hold SW to under 25. You're not going to score a lot against SW unless you can dominate the LOS and that is not going to happen here. What makes SW defense different than any 5A school in WKY is they don't have to put 7/8 in the box to stop the run and can drop 6 or more into coverage. Their skill kids are good but not exceptional talented but knows their roles. If Owensboro can find a way to run the ball effectively while in the spread they could put some points on the board.

Hold South Warren to under 25 what?? Not points, right? Cause then you would be implying Owensboro will score more than 25 points on South Warren? I can't see anyway that could happen. Owensboro won't score more than 14 and I believe 7-10 is more likely.

 

Owensboro could prove me wrong, but South Warren rolls in this game. And when I say roll, I mean Owensboro will be in no serious position to win.

Implying that only way Owensboro can win if it's a low scoring game. Can the Red Devils score 3/4 TD's on them? Probably not unless special teams makes a play or a turnover in their own territory. They do have a couple of burners who can score from far out.
