This is a sneaky good second round match-up between two teams playing really good football over the past several weeks. Both teams posted running clock victories in the first round. Fern Creek (7-4) got big games from running backs Terrance Mitchell (190 yards, 3 TDs) and Anthony Teague (79 yards and a TD) in their win over Bullitt East, while Oldham County (10-1) handled Doss 50-14. The Colonels can't afford to get caught looking ahead to a possible second crack at South Oldham. With the form these two have displayed recently, this game looks pretty even.

This is the game I will be going to. The OC defense has had a few ups and downs during the season (giving up 33 to Bullitt Central) so I believe this game will hinge on the OC defense shutting down the Fern Creek running attack. OC will score some points but will it be enough -- depends on which defense shows up!

Oldham County comfortably.

Impressive program turnaround in such a short time for OC - IMVHO.

Changed the culture !
