Top teams from KY and OH square off all day at Ryle high school on Nov 10th. Mason, Lakota West, Loveland and Central Pickerington are all top 10 Ohio D1 programs this year. Pickerington is the defending D1 Ohio State champs. Roger Bacon, West Clermont, Kings will all likely be top 10 Cincinnati schools this year too. Sycamore and Wyoming are strong Cincinnati programs

 

Sacred Heart, Ryle, Male and Conner should be top 10 teams in Kentucky this year. Highlands, Dixie and Bullitt East likely top 20 in state. Eastern is always a great team and Boone is an up and coming young team in the 9th

Battle of Border KY vs OH — Lady Raiders Basketball

The Ryle-Pickerington Central game will be a good game. Interesting to see Roger Bacon-Highlands because of the connection between the 2 schools (assistant coach at Roger Bacon, was an assistant at Highlands)

Will be a fun filled day of girls basketball. I'm ready!

Campbell was there last year. Team should be as good as some of the teams there this year. Why were the Lady Camels not invited back? Should be a top team in the 10th.

Boone County for sure. Possibly Dixie and Bullitt East.

I'll give you the argument of Boone Co.

 

Dixie has the majority of their team back and Bullitt East is probably the only team who can challenge Mercy for the Regional Crown. Campbell Co. lost almost 60PPG so I don't see how they can be as good as some of the teams.

Campbell Co will be better than Boone Co this year but no where near better than Dixie. Campbell loss alot of scoring and their JV was not that good. Dixie has a good team and they bring back Reinhart. They will be nice.

Teams that lose a lot of scoring are always hard to gauge. I think Campbell will be solid. Losing Taylor hurts but the team is still good.

 

But my original point or question still stands, why was CC booted from the KY vs OH scrimmage? I remember Coach Menefee thinking it was great and wanting to go back

It is difficult to gauge how good they are. However they have a schedule that will really test them. As far as the scrimmage I don’t know why they’re not in the event. The only thing I know is the schedule they released a few weeks ago and it’s at Ryle.

Any updates on scores?

Sorry wasn’t able to make it out. Does anybody know how the local teams did?

Ryle lost the first period in a close score. They settled down and won the 2nd and 3rd periods. Total score, Ryle won.
