I saw the fellow who researched and wrote the encyclopedia at the Sweet 16 a few years ago. He had a booth set up at the tournament. I talked a while to him and corrected him on the mascot name of old Tyner High School. But I didn’t buy a book. I will this year if he’s back at the tournament selling them.

I found the mistake. 1957-1958. The record at the bottom says 22-7, but adding up the wins and losses equal 21-8. Looks like I’m going to have to get the orginal scorebook from the High School library. Look at game 9.
