Who starts for Rose Hill 06-07 Year

Featured Replies

What happens "if" Jackson and Euton do not live up to the hype?

Well then I suppose Rose Hill won't be very good.

Frances, I think fastbreak was referring to other threads where certain posters have tried to discredit the accomplishments of Euton.

Back on the topic, Rose Hill will have to have someone step up and provided depth inside in order to move up in the rankings. If that happens they will contend, if not, then their a year away.

Rose Hill will scrimmagae Mason Co. @ Harrisson County's panorama on the 18th of November and Jackson Co. in the KBA Showcase a week later.

Who else is on the bench?

This is the type of thread that gets me even more ready for the season!

I'm going to throw anther name into the mix for Rose Hill. Look for eighth grader, Alex Malloy, to see a lot of playing time at guard. Rose Hill will miss Kyle Bair but his absence will allow for the development under fire of Tony Arthur, Johnny Bush, and Malloy. There is more depth than many realize and, while this doesn't necessarily translate into a banner won-lost season, the program is headed in the right direction and is moving at a rapid rate of speed.

I agree, depth inside is a question. Although Eauton and Jackson are both very big and strong, you would hope somebody else would develope into a strong rebounder. Time will tell.

Has Tony Arthur gone to Rose Hill his whole life?

Not yet...

I believe he has been there since grade school.

Strong? They are both very tall but I wouldn't consider them strong. :walk:

Tony has been there since K-4.

Chase Jackson is plenty strong, trust me. I don't think people realize just how big he is.

Dakotah is beginning to mature and as a result is naturally stronger. I wouldn't call him overpowering but he is strong enough to hold his own.

With Euton and Jackson, Rose Hill is a contender this year and one of the favorites in the very near future (next year).

How tall is Chase Jackson and in what grade? I thought he was a junior, but someone closer can confirm. He was very raw last year, but I would not agree that he's not strong. IMO, he is as strong as a kid that size should be. If he can give quality minutes early this season and affect shots in the paint like he should, the Royals may come out of the chute in more of a hurry than some doubters may think. This in spite of their difficult games in other parts of the state.

Chase is a 6'10" junior. He had minor knee surgery this summer and is just now getting close to 100%. His last week of practice has been very encouraging.

Tony has been there since K-4.

Thank you.
