I’ve also seen a trend for several years now, you all say OSU will “crush” top 10-15 teams, trying to discredit those teams and OSU’s victories over them. Or you get the cherry on top, OSU losses to these top 10-15 teams, then you say it’s the most overrated OSU team in recent memory. Either way, OSU has no chance.

Sounds about right. “The Penn State is trash” crowd is hilarious.

Unless it’s Bama, Georgia or Clemson, no OSU win matters on this site lol.

You try to logically talk to them about matchups, home and road splits, schools with the top QB’s, or players in the country in general, nobody is interested in than bro.

I think OSU wins but I don’t think Penn State is a bad team, definitely top 10-15.

Based on what?

They should've lost to Appy State and struggled for 45+ minutes against one of the worst teams in major D1 football.

They won a football game by 39 points and I’m supposed to hold that against them? Ok. Be my guest if that’s what you want to judge teams on, but last I checked football games are 60 minutes.

Right, but when you play so poorly that you let a team that bad hang around that long, Ohio State is going to throttle them.

They won a game by 39 points. They scored 35 points in a quarter of football. I’m not going to ever hold that against them. Ever. So they played sleepy for 3 quarters? It happens. But I know what Penn State is capable of. I hope you’re right and Ohio State wins easily Saturday, but I will never believe that’s going to happen. Strange things happen to teams in Happy Valley.

I do not think Penn State is great, but I think Saturday's game will be a battle. I watched the first half last Friday and was shocked how easily Illinois moved the ball on them, but in the second half they took care of business. McSorley doesn't do it for me. I do like Franklin so he will have them ready.

OSU 30

PSU 29

Is there a team on OSU’s remaining schedule you will give them credit for a W?

Let’s go ahead and put it out there publicly in September.

I give them credit for all their wins. Do I think there's a team on their schedule capable of beating them? I don't.

They're doing exactly what an elite team should do. They're stomping teams that have no business staying on the same field with them.

I don't know what more you want. They're one of the best 3-4 teams in the country. Just like Bama, they're dominating everyone. That's what they should do with the gap in talent those they have over everyone else.

Teams capable of beating Ohio State this year....Bama, Georgia, LSU, Auburn, and I'll throw in Oklahoma because Murray is a stud. That's it IMO.

If you’re using talent as a measurement, Penn State is just as talented as OSU if not more. They have just as many 4 and 5 star kids, if we want to be objective.

Stars don't really mean much. Look at the two studs for Kentucky.....What stars were they? There isn't a team in the country that wouldn't want either of them in their starting 11.

Let's also just break this game down to the simplest measure...McSorley vs. Haskins.

One is a superstar, the other is probably the most overrated QB in the nation. No chance I'd ever trust McSorely in a critical spot.

Penn State and OSU recruit the same exact kids, they just divide the talent.

Look at you calling Dwayne a superstar! We’re progressing as a community around here.

McSorley is the most underrated QB in the country.

I haven’t seen him play this year. There’s a bunch of Drew Brees comparisons online but that seems like a bit much. Guess we’ll see Saturday.
